What is work permit visa eligibility?
For getting work permit in Canada you must have a valid job offer following the NOC code, Skill set and work permit code. If any employer from Canada is ready to hire you and provides you a job offer then you easily become eligible for work permit in Canada.
What are the visa rejection reasons?

Following are the reasons due to which your visa can be rejected-

  1. If you submit any false/forged/fake document.
  2. If you have any criminal record.
  3. If you have any severe medical condition which was not informed to us before getting into process.

At the time of visa application candidate has to submit all his documents including Police Clearance Certificate and Medical Certificate. If you fail to provide positive PCC or Medical certificate at that time your visa gets reject.

Can my dependent join if I am Canada work permit holder?
Your Dependent can join you to Canada if they meet all the requirements for temporary residents in Canada. They have to satisfy an immigration officer that they will not stay for long or settle in Canada. They also have to prove that they don’t have criminal record. If they are able to prove this they can easily join you.
Can my spouse work in Canada, If I am work permit holder?
Yes, the applicants spouse can join applicant after few months and can work in Canada. However they need to take proper work permit.
How will I become eligible for PR after work permit in Canada?
Having a work permit in Canada allow us to stay and work in Canada for a specific time period. A valid job offer gives you additional benefit for PR as you get eligible to file a PR under Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and also gives you extra point for having Canadian Experience.
